Rolwaling is the east-west valley below Gauri Shankar (7145m), just south of the Tibetan border. This is an isolated and culturally diverse area, but most treks conclude their visit to Rolwaling by crossing the Tesi Lapcha Pass (5755m) into Khumbu. The Rolwaling Himal is a quiet mountainous region rarely visited by tourists or trekkers, making it possible for one to savor the wild Himalaya along this route. It is possible to add routes to Manlung La and Omai Tsho as well for a prolonged experience in this wonderful region.  It is possible to also add one of trekking peaks in the region to your trip, with the appropriate permits, for those who want a birds eye view of the region.

Day 03: Drive to Barahbise. O/N at camp.
Day 04: Trek to Kathali (1680m.). O/N at camp.
Day 05: Trek to Thulo Thingsang (2380m.). O/N camp.
Day 06: Trek to Bigu Gompa (2500m.). O/N at camp.
Day 07: Trek to Tselaphu . O/N at camp.
Day 08: Trek to Gongar. O/N at camp
Day 09: Trek to Simi Gaon. O/N at camp
Day 10: Trek to Gyalchhe (3000m.). O/N at camp
Day 11: Trek to Beding (3693m.) O/N at camp.
Day 12: Trek to Na (4183m.) O/N at camp
Day 13: Rest day in Na. O/N at camp.
Day 14: Trek to Tsho Rolpa (4500m.). O/N at camp.
